CHOICE Is Here. Are you?

The uPPo Broker Roadshow brought CHOICE education, carrier discussions, platform demonstrations, and networking to agents in local markets. The fall announcement featured Dallas and Phoenix sessions with Imperial Health, with no cost to attend and limited, invitation-based capacity.
The Dallas session was scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time at Hilton Dallas/Park Cities, 5954 Luther Lane. The Phoenix-area session was scheduled for Thursday, October 1, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time at Topgolf, 9500 E. Talking Stick Way in Scottsdale.
The event page describes a broader tour involving Imperial Health, Oscar Health, and Ambetter Health, with carrier participation varying by location. Agents should not assume every carrier presents at every stop. The specific Dallas and Phoenix listings identify Imperial Health as the partner.
The educational focus is the CHOICE Arrangement, the benefit previously known as ICHRA: an employer-defined contribution toward employees’ qualifying individual coverage. Sessions also introduce uPPo’s administration technology through demonstrations of quoting, enrollment, and ongoing group management.
Carrier conversations are intended to help agents understand local products, provider access, and the markets in which those plans may fit employer clients. Networking is another part of the program, bringing together advisers who work with individual coverage, group benefits, and business owners.
Agent Takeaway: A local demonstration is most useful when you bring a real implementation question: how an employee chooses coverage, how a group is onboarded, how contributions are tracked, or who handles service issues. Match any carrier discussion to the employee locations you actually serve.
These dates are preserved as an event announcement, not an invitation to attend a past session. Confirm current availability and future tour dates directly with uPPo rather than rely on an archived newsletter or an older reservation page.
