uPPo’s September event schedule connected a national ACA conference with local broker education in Texas and Arizona. The announced program included platform demonstrations, CHOICE education, carrier discussions, and opportunities to meet other benefits professionals.

ACA WAY was scheduled for September 23–24, 2026, at Hilton Miami Downtown. The newsletter invited agents to see uPPo’s platform in action and learn more about the model formerly known as ICHRA. The roadshow page also identifies those conference dates and the Miami venue.

The Dallas roadshow followed on September 29, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CDT, in partnership with Imperial Health. The original event page lists Hilton Dallas/Park Cities as the venue. The Phoenix-area session was scheduled for October 1, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. MST, also with Imperial Health, at Topgolf in Scottsdale.

The newsletter identified Carlos Henriquez and the NHP Commercial Benefits Team as hosts. Its Dallas and Phoenix program description covered ICHRA/CHOICE, Imperial’s off-exchange products, and new small-group products in Texas and Arizona. Availability and product suitability depend on the relevant market and employer situation.

The roadshow format combines face-to-face carrier access with a demonstration of administration technology. For agents, those are related but different questions: which insurance plans may suit employees, and how the reimbursement arrangement will be implemented and supported.

Agent Takeaway: Use an event agenda to prepare specific questions about local networks, employee plan shopping, implementation timing, and ongoing service. An educational session does not by itself confirm that a product fits a particular client.
